Artist's Description
Cardinals are flashes of color flitting through the trees. They are a bit aggressive, just like their bright red color. You can almost feel their pride at being the Illinois state bird. In winter in particular they are a welcome sight. Warmth in the snowfall.
My prayer is that my impressions of the world captured in my paintings bring joy. I am just a Midwest artist who enjoys capturing nature in paint and on the computer.

About Jackie Case
I am an artist, teacher, and chronic pain warrior. When I could no longer hold a paintbrush I started messing with a simple MS Paint program and an ergonomic mouse. I pray my art lifts your spirit. Sharing it with you gives me joy. I am constantly painting so check back often! Email me at impressions@frontier.com for special offers. I would love to hear from you!
