The contrast of the vertical cattails and the horizontal leaves was almost imperceptible, but inspired me to see them as a stained glass window. I was attempting to capture the contrasts of light and dark along with directions and shapes.

My hope is that my impressions of the world bring joy. I am an artist who used to work with large canvases in oils but when my RA made holding a brush too difficult I found a simple paint program on my computer allowed me to continue sharing my visions with others.
