This view of the Funk Prairie Home Museum in Shirley, Illinois is my impression of how restful and calm it can be in the still of the evening. When the sun is going down it can make this white historic home a reflection of the nature around it. The impression is it seems like a good time to grab a seat on the porch and watch the fire flies come out.
My prayer is that my impressions of the world captured in my paintings bring joy. I am just a Midwest artist who enjoys capturing nature in paint and on the computer.
