The reflections of tree branches, patches of light and shadowy leaves create an impressionistic painting in the water of this quiet stream. Buried deep in the woods this is a place that has to be discovered and treasured. I mixed light and dark, movement and stillness to give my impression of this impressive forest treasure.
My prayer is that my impressions of the world captured in my paintings bring joy. I am just a Midwest artist who enjoys capturing nature in paint and on the computer.
